My name is Jules Caton and i have been around creative people, designers and agencies for many years.

I have been a creative, a team leader, An Executive Director,AManaging Partner and a Non-Executive-Director in a number of leading agencies and organisations and worked at Board level since 1997.

I work with agencies and creative individuals and I help them to find their true goals, articulate and visualise their vision and then to make it happen.

Making it happen involves some structure and consistency around people development, management and performance management. My talent is in helping people to find thier own personal truth, to speak this truth and to work with it in a very focussed and powerful way.

As an agency and an agency leader it may be simple to create a powerful brand and vision. But it is not always easy to go from having a great brand, and an inspiring vision and values to actually driving through change, developing your people and allowing things to truly transform. Sustaining performance and developing teams consistently over time.

Getting out of the way and letting the team face challenge, shine and fail is often quite difficult. I help leaders to lead, listen, collaborate and inspire teams and then to step away from the day-to-day doing.

My work is always rooted in brand and all about delivering business results.

INDIVIDUALS

Finding your own personal truth and what you really want to achieve, your authentic voice can be challenging. Listening to this voice can be even harder.

For people working in the creative industry i offer personal vision and goal setting sessions and one-to-one development sessions or journey mapping. Quartely face to face sessions or Skype sessions.

A critical friend, an honest and sometimes challenging view and support to take on challenge and face change in your agency career.

In particular working through major change points like becoming a manager, returning from maternity leave, getting a promotion or working towards a management or board position.
